Worship Diary
Throughout the Week:
Maranatha meets on Monday mornings in church from 9.30am - 12noon.
Alive 2 God meets on Tuesday evenings in church 7.30pm - 9pm.
Lent and Easter 2012
22nd February (Ash Wednesday) - 7.30 pm Holy Communion
Lent Course for 5 consecutive weeks:
Mondays starting 27th February - 10.00 am in the church, and
Wednesdays starting 29th February - 8.00 pm at the vicarage (4 Vicarage Road, Leyton
Sunday, 1st April - Palm Sunday and start of Holy Week (Services to be held at 7.30 pm Monday to Wednesday, in the church, and Passover Supper to be held on Maundy Thursday in the church hall (tbc).

ALL WELCOME
Regular Pattern of Sunday Worship:
8.00am BCP Holy Communion on 1st, 3rd & 5th Sundays of the month.
Traditional said service using the beautiful but archaic language of the Prayer Book lasting approximately 45 minutes with a short homily.
10.30am Morning Worship (Holy Communion on 2nd & 4th Sundays) weekly.
On the 1st Sunday of the month this is an all-age worship event with plenty of songs and usually interactive teaching and sometimes includes games lasting about 70 minutes.
The 2nd and 4th Sundays are services of Holy Communion usually lasting about 90 minutes. Although the standard from from the Church of England's Common Worship is used it often is a guide to an order of service rather just working through the pages as we tend to use it flexibly.
The 3rd and 5th Sundays are various forms of Morning Prayer usually lasting around 75 minutes.
All weekly services at 10.30 have an informal feel to them.
6.30 pm Evening Services on 2nd and 4th Sundays of the month
Clergy usually robe at services of Holy Communion but not at other times.
